SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Curb Defender. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

  1. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 10 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Curb Defender ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. 
  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Curb Defender is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  6. Damages: Curb Defender is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  7. International Shipping Policy: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping at Curb Defender.  We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our product(s). If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. You can return your product(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
    Non-eligible Products: Certain products are not eligible for return, including, carriage bolts and wing nuts.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Provide your full name, address and order number and the reason for your return. Once we have received your request, we will provide an RMA number with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back to us without receiving these instructions first.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. In some cases and at our discretion, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
  4. Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
  5. Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.
  6. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are refundable.
  7. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
